Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties.
At Solambra, we go beyond the legal minimum and offer you 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an eligible product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
In its original condition, unused and unworn
In its original packaging with all labels attached
Still sealed (plastic film, blister or safety seal intact) – see Section 5 for exceptions
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
If your order included promotional items, free gifts or bundle offers, any complimentary products must also be returned in perfect condition. Otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to:
Unsealed cosmetic or personal care products
Personalised or custom-made products
Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
Gift cards
Important: You may inspect the product while it remains sealed in its original packaging. Once the seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
In practice, we aim to complete approved refunds within 10 business days.
The price of the returned product(s)
The standard outbound delivery cost, where required by applicable consumer law
Any premium delivery charges (such as express shipping)
Return shipping costs (unless required by law)
The retail value of any complimentary products that are not returned or are returned damaged
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@solambra.uk.
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's collection period and is returned to us, no automatic refund will be issued.
We may offer:
Re-shipment at your expense; or
A partial refund after deducting the original shipping costs and any return shipping charges incurred.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item:

Include clear photographs of the product and its packaging
We will investigate your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
To receive a replacement product as quickly as possible, we recommend that you:
Return the original item following the return procedure above.
Place a new order separately through our website.
This helps us process your request more efficiently and ensures product availability.
This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where you normally reside.
