Welcome to Solambra, an online store dedicated to natural, sun-inspired beauty. These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the use of www.solambra.uk and all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order on our website, you accept these Terms without reservation. They apply exclusively to private consumers (B2C).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded between Solambra and any consumer purchasing through www.solambra.uk.
They take precedence over any other document.
Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in colour, texture or packaging may occur without giving rise to liability on our part.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Our cosmetic products comply with the applicable cosmetic regulations.

Any order placed on www.solambra.uk constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and these Terms and Conditions.
The ordering process includes several stages:

Basket review
Customer identification
Selection of delivery and payment methods
Order summary
Final confirmation
Final validation by clicking the "Place Order" button constitutes your definitive acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including:
Products out of stock
Obvious pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Previous unresolved disputes
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed shall remain the price applicable to that order.
Payments are processed securely using the payment methods offered during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) through our payment provider Shopify Payments / Stripe.
Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
We never store your banking or payment card details on our servers.
In the event of payment failure, the order will automatically be cancelled.
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Transfer of risk: the risk passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
Delivery delays: if a delay is attributable to the carrier, you will be informed as soon as possible. If delivery has not taken place within an additional reasonable period granted by you in writing, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
Force majeure: events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, general transport strikes, pandemics, administrative restrictions or similar events, may affect our delivery times. In such cases, delivery deadlines will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will keep you informed.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
As part of our commercial policy, we extend this period to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Main exception: for hygiene and health protection reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to unsealed cosmetic products. As long as the product remains sealed in its original packaging, you may inspect it without losing this right.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all our products are covered by your statutory consumer rights.
These rights apply where a product:
does not match its description;
is not of satisfactory quality; or
is not fit for its intended purpose.
Where a product does not comply with these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on your statutory rights.

The guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear resulting from proper use of the product;
Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or use contrary to the instructions provided;
Products damaged by the customer after delivery.
Solambra makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website. However, we cannot be held liable for:
Typographical errors or accidental omissions, provided they are corrected as soon as possible;
Temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control;
Indirect damages such as loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of profit resulting from the use of the website.
Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the relevant order, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the law.
Our cosmetic products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and accompanying information (application areas, frequency of use and precautions).
If you have any doubts or experience an unusual reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional.
All elements of this website (texts, visuals, photographs, the Solambra logo, design, structure and database) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Solambra or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without our prior written authorisation.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the footer of our website, in accordance with the UK GDPR.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of any mandatory legal rights granted under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
In the event of a dispute, and after an unsuccessful attempt to reach an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Solambra reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The "Last updated" date indicates the version currently in force.
The Terms applicable to your order are those in force on the date your order is placed.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
