Shipping Policy

At Solambra, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, fast and carefully handled experience from the moment your order is confirmed.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Preparation time is 24 to 72 business hours from the confirmation of your order.

During busy periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, you will be informed.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

3. Delivery Times

The delivery times below are estimates and begin from the date of shipment (not the order date). They may vary depending on the carrier, the exact destination and external conditions (weather, public holidays, peak periods).

The total time between placing your order and receiving it is therefore generally 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.


4. Shipping Costs

🎁 Free shipping on all orders to all available delivery areas. No code required.


5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time

You can also check the status of your order at any time from your customer account on www.solambra.uk.


6. Transfer of Risk

The risk relating to the products (loss or damage) passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

Until your parcel has been delivered, Solambra remains responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport.


7. Undelivered or Unclaimed Parcels

7.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.

We therefore recommend checking your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

7.2 Parcel Not Collected or Returned to Sender

If you do not collect your parcel within the carrier's collection period and it is returned to us, we will contact you to offer either:

  • A new shipment at your expense; or

  • A partial refund (product price less the outbound and return shipping costs actually incurred).


8. Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within 15 business days after dispatch (allowing a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery times above), please contact us at hello@solambra.uk, providing:

  • Your order number

  • Your delivery address

  • Your tracking number

We will investigate the matter with the carrier as quickly as possible.

If the parcel is officially declared lost, we will either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund (including the products and the original shipping costs).


9. Parcel Damaged on Delivery

If you notice that your parcel has been damaged upon delivery:

  • If possible, refuse the parcel and inform the courier of the reason;

  • If you have accepted the parcel, take photographs of the packaging and the products immediately after opening;

  • Contact us within 48 hours at hello@solambra.uk, including your order number and the photographs.

We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund according to your preference, at no additional cost to you.


10. Force Majeure

Solambra cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, general transport strikes, pandemics, administrative restrictions or armed conflicts.

In such circumstances, we will keep you informed as soon as possible and will seek an alternative solution or provide a refund where appropriate.
