In the shower, wet your skin with lukewarm water for a few minutes. The warmth opens the pores and softens dead skin, ready to be removed.
Slip the exfoliating mitt onto your hand. No soap or product needed: the mitt works on its own, simply through friction on damp skin.
Massage in circular motions over the whole body, focusing on rough areas: elbows, knees, heels. Avoid the face. The dead skin visibly lifts away.
